Walking For Mental Health – “Who Cares?” T-Shirt
It’s not about the number. It’s about getting out.
1,000 steps.
5,000 steps.
10,000 steps.
Who cares? You got out.
This T-shirt was created as part of Walking For Mental Health – a simple reminder that movement doesn’t have to be about smashing targets, chasing personal bests or comparing your progress with somebody else’s.
Some days, 10,000 steps might feel easy. Other days, simply getting dressed, stepping outside and walking around the block can be an achievement.
Both count.
Created with a nod to Michael Whitberry and the D2 Health Club, this shirt is about celebrating movement for what it can do for our minds as well as our bodies.
Wear it on your next walk, wear it to the gym, or just wear it as a reminder:
You don’t need to beat yesterday. You just need to keep going.
The message
1,000 steps. 5,000 steps. 10,000 steps. WHO CARES? YOU GOT OUT.
